"3 Spice had to come to our house a total of 4 times to deliver the entire order. They kept forgetting items or delivering the wrong things. It meant that we all had to eat at different times and re-heat the food. Considering we spent over £40 and that we regularly go to 3 Spice I was very sad that they offered us no compensation. It was very disappointing as the food there is good."

"The order took over 2 hours to arrive, after we called several times to be told it was "5 mins away". When it finally arrived, food was good, but they had missed off two items, including a main course, and one of the other items was wrong."

"Food arrived VERY late. I ordered at 1930 and food arrived 2115 even though Hungryhouse promised me it would be 2050 at the latest! I thought that an hour and 20 mins for a small order was bad let alone nearly 2 hours!!!!!!!!!" Ollie, W3 |
Response from hungryhouse: Hi Ollie, Sorry to hear about the delay with your order. We took a look at our records, and we did check at the time we placed your order that it would be delivered on time. We weren't told of any delays at that point. I will make sure our account manager gives the restaurant owner a call about this, and will be in touch if they are willing to offer any compensation. [Customer emailed this response]

"My order took an hour and a half to arrive from the time it was placed and when it finally arrived was quite cold. I ordered 2 portions of mango chutney and papodums but only recieved one of each. The standard of the meal was ok but overall was not that impressed and will not order from them again."

"Well, thats 3rd time they forgot my cola. The guy that delivered it i think was drunk beucase he had no idea what he was doing and i ended up fetching the food myself. Good luck on ordering from here, pity, becuase the food is not half bad."
