Very watery and flavourless. 7 spices was my favourite but it's gone seriously downhill. Won't be ordering again

bendhi bhaji is great (4stars)!! paneer pakora was oil socked !!;(

Paneer pakora is my fav !! it was awful and oil was dripping .could not consume them !! only 4 pcs were server .. so value for money

Food was nice but the bag it came in was covered in grease - it was everywhere - ended up on my table and carpet - spent 10 mins cleaning the containers before I even starting eating! Think the delivery man wasn't very organised - if you get an order for £15.67 I would have change from £20 ready to give over - not be trying to count slivers at my dark door step -

I ordered from 7 Spices for the first time after reading fabulous reviews. I ordered Chana Masala (side), Saag Paneer (side) and Mix Veg Achari (main) with 4 chapattis & Veg Briyani and Paneer Pakora and Veg Samosa as starters.

Here is my review:

Positives:
Chana Masala
Saag Paneer
Both tasted veryy good and very well made.
Negatives:
Mix Veg Achari - the achar (pickle) used was very old (smelling foul) could not eat it.
Got only 3 chapattis instead of 4.
Paneer Pakora - very dry and bland.

Just OK:
Veg Samosa
Veg Briyani

Called up after the meal to inform them about the issues. The person who attended the call apologized and promised a discount on next order but no refund on this order.
Now, I am in dilemma whether I should order again or not?

Arrived quickly, as always. The raita was different to normal though - I prefer the usual one.
