The charity has been at the forefront of the fight against hunger and malnutrition for more than 25 years, and thanks to your help, their expert fieldworkers can continue to save the lives of malnourished children on the brink of death.

Action Against Hunger provide emergency food aid, water and relief items to families who have lost everything in places such as Darfur, Sudan. They also help vulnerable communities to sustain themselves by providing much needed tools and seeds, water to irrigate gardens, cattle, fruit and vegetable gardens. These are all simple, basic things but they make a difference, not just for a few days but for years to come.

Throughout 2008 hungryhouse was extremely proud to support Action Against Hunger by donating 10p for every £15 spent by our customers. This resulted in £8309.80 worth of donations to Action Against Hunger.
