the ribs and kenkey were absolutely delicious but the food took almost 2 hours to come, the first time I ordered it was a complete palava too so I'm going to have to give them a miss next time. It's a shame but the customer service isn't great

I ordered 2 portions of curry goat,a portion of jerk chicken,dumplings and plantain.The resteraunt had forgotten to include my jerk chicken,rice and peas although I'd paid for it.I contacted hungry house who chased it up very quickly,HH called the resteraunt who said they would rearrange to deliver the food to me but could not talk because they were busy & told hungry house to call back later.The resteraunt never called to rearrange for the food to be delivered but hungry house ensured they refunded the money & were very helpful.Usually African Torch is really lovely but this time around it was quite dry.

a few hitches with the service although i like the food the quality is inconsistent also i didn`t get my drink in one of my order and the next time i got a 500 ml bottle instead of a 2.5 l so i never knw what to expect each time the only thing that brings me back to that place is the fried plantain and the avocado salad lol otherwise i would have stopped ordering from there a long time ago

The food was later than expected and the Rice was virtually cold when it got here - however, the standard of the food was good.
On a bad note they also forgot my drink - considering how long it took to get the food I didn't call back to ask if they could bring me one. Would definitely order from here again. K, N4

On this occasion the quality of food delivered was not up to their usual standard. The meats (both chicken and goat) were of poor quality. Though we were looking forward to the meals this was a great disappointment.

Good as usual, but took forever and they didn't have everything I ordered although they did ring and tell me and arrange a substitute. Battered king prawns still the best thing on the menu, but the jolof comes a close second!

I absolutely loved the food and received a great service. I ordered the Jollof rice which was delicious and a great balance of flavours. Delicious and everyone enjoyed it.

This is the 2nd time i used them and the food was delicious and very hot when it arrived. It arrived before it was supposed to and they called me as they couldn't understand my order and they also called when they arrived as the bell wasn't working.

The food was very nice I ordered the mixed meat stew with waakye Its was hot and very tasty. I was not aware of an African Takeaway so close to home until I came on Hungry House,I will be spreading the word!! Would definitely recommend and will be using again.
