Lots of oil, chicken dishes very very good...lamb not as good...garlic naans were awesome!!! Would order again, but stick to the chicken dishes next time, and have the spoon ready to drain off some of the oil.

excellent spices, a little too much oil in the curries, slightly overcooked chicken, and the meat quality of the lamb was ok (a little tough). Altogether a good meal that could easily be improved to excellent.

Good food although a little bit oily if you're worried about that sort of thing. Excellent menu - lots of choice - more than usual especially for vegetarians.

Only order from here if you can afford to wait about 5 years!
Order was not accepted until an hour after I clicked "order", food then took another hour to arrive! Food itself was excellent and at least the delivery guy found me without having to call my mobile! Robin, KT6

Response from hungryhouse: Hi Robin, Sorry for the confusion here. The reason your order from Al-Amin was not confirmed until some time after you placed it is that you had requested delivery for not earlier than 6:30pm.
The way our system works is that we send orders to our partner restaurants 45 minutes to an hour before the delivery needs to be made. We have found this to be the best way to minimise the chances of the restaurant potentially overlooking or misplacing an order. In this case, although you submitted your order on the website at 4:31, we sent it at 5:38pm, and Al-Amin accepted it at 5:40pm. This gave them 50 minutes to prepare and deliver your meal by 6:30. I hope that is clearer now, and that your meal was worth the wait. [customer emailed this response]
