Okay, so because they had ran out of fish burgers (which they tried to explain to us on the phone) they gave us a fishcake in a bun, instead of calling us up and telling us. They also bought us a spicy chicken wrap instead of an italian meetball wrap, which stank horribly and we decided not to even sample it, but we called up to ask them why they'd done this... On the phone they agreed to bring us another meatball wrap but man told us that they could not replace the fishburger because they had not got any and so agreed to give us a can of pop instead. The delivery driver appeared about forty minutes later trying to charge us 70p- we refused- for the can and giving us a cold wrap, which was the most disgusting thing I had ever tasted. A really awful way to treat customers and I couldn't even ask for a refund for the items we had not eaten because I had paid online.

I was tremendously disappointed with the food we received from Al Capone. It was virtually inedible. The chicken was not cooked properly and the fries were cold. having had a long and tiring journey home from abroad, all I wanted was a decent takeaway and I certainly did not receive that. After that experience, I would not order from them again.

Delivered food over half an hour after latest delivery time given in notification email. Turned out they had delivered the wrong pizza. Took a further hour and two phone calls to resolve this.
I'll be looking for somewhere else to order from next time. It's not just they were late, delivered the wrong pizza and took a long time to resolve the mistake. It's that they seemed disinterested in fixing the problem. S, B11

Brilliant takeaway. Very quick also! As soon as i had ordered it, it took them not very long at all. Very proud to have a great takeaway in the area! Thanks guys
