"Being a fan of lebanese food, i was very excited to see alrayan on your site. you as a service was great , the food on the otherhand was awful, it was cold an dlooked as it has been sitting their for hours, the food had more of an indian feel rather than a lebanese and the dessert of tradtional mohalabia was nothing more than a peach coloured rice pudding, it was cheap product and a big waste of money, i was very dissatisfied"

"I was a little concerned actually... as I read some of these reviews already having placed my order... that I would be dissatisfied by what arrived.
But instead I was very surprised by how good everything was. I had some falafel and a lamb shwarma. As a frequent visitor to Lebanese places down Edgeware Road I know what I like... and I really liked this.
The food also turned up right on time in spire of the delivery guy calling to say that my flat "didnt exist". For £24 we had TOO much food to finish.. and we have big appetites.
Overall... impressive. I'll deffo order from here again."

Response from hungryhouse: Hi Sarah, Sorry that you were disappointed with the speed of delivery and the food you were delivered. Unfortunately, many of our partners had problems with delivery times on Saturday because of the wet and windy weather. Takeaways find that in such bad weather, they can get twice as much business - and their delivery staff then become over-stretched. We are going to get in touch with the owners of all of our takeaways to ask that if bad weather does hit their service, they at least keep customers informed of realistic delivery times.
