This has to be the worst Sharwarma I have ever tasted!! The meat was incinerated and it contained lots of small pieces of bone which hurt my teeth everytime I chewed. also the meat was also heavily seasoned and seemd to have been hanging around for a bit. Not nice. I had a few mouthfuls and threw it in the bin. Total waste of money.

I ordered three items from the menu: Hoummos, tabbouleh and a mixed grill. The service was swift and the food still nice and warm upon delivery; a good level of service. The hoummos was well presented and very pleasant. The £3.50 price tag was fair, I think, as a generous portion was offered. The tabbouleh was fresh and delicious and again at £4.00 offered reasonable value for money. I'm afraid the mixed grill was a disaster however. I was expecting quite a feast, but what arrived was a ridiculously small portion of overcooked and un flavoursome meets. For £9.50 this is a complete rip-off. In summation then the Al Rayan offered good service with expensive, though not unreasonable prices, but the food from the grill is well below standard in terms of quality and quantity representing very poor value for money.

Had to pay £2 delivery charge for a delivery man who didn't know where he was going-so we had to find him. Food was awful and disgusting. The price for the amount of food we ordered was outrageous. Will never order from here again. Complete rip off.

I thought I'd give Al Rayan another go after my previous disastrous order with them and there not being another choice of Lebanese food delivery in my area on this site. To be honest, while the food arrive speedily and with a smile from the deliveryman, the food quality is way below their prices. It wasn't too warm either - thermal delivery bags might be a good investment. I'd recommend their baclava though that's the only thing I'd recommend.
