Delicious simple healthy food, delivered quickly...need I say more?

We were blown away by the food that was delivered, I have never had such an amazing kebab and will definitely be ordering again.

Very fast delivery, food was delivered well within time frame. Food was piping hot and meat kebabs in particular were well cooked. Would definitely order from here again.

My order arrived incomplete with one of the ordered items missing. It was also cold.

Very disapointed this time.We are regular cutomers long time so, we exactly know how big portions have this takeaway.

b)bad -1)size of chicken fillet in my son's burger-exactly4cm long , 3cm wide, very tiny triangle
-2)I ordered 2 regular chicken doner kebab with salads and garlic sauce- got 1 garlic sauce, 1 chili sauce.
-3) size of chips-I ordered 2 large portion of chips which cost me 4,40pounds and got-2 aluminium conteneirs ,the long ones ,but just half filled(exactly looks like somebody was prepared 2 regular portions of chips in long trays which cost is 1,65 for portion).Previously we had had large portions of chips in this long conteneirs fully loaded(by the way, for this price others takeaways ofering 2 portions of chips-nice)
-4)We supouse to get a free item -and my choice was on tarama, but we didn't get it.

POOR,POOR,POOR SERVICE.never back again!!!!

Everything was great, but particularly enjoyed the Turkish rice (if a little on the small side) and the etli borek (beef + feta filo pancakes), which managed to stay crispy whereas so many others dont when ordered in a take-away.

Ask for well done wings but they were burnt. Otherwise food was good

Lamb kebabs were burnt and horribly chewy!! Wrong sauces and cold chips!!! Never ordering from them again.

Food is always great

 

I have been ordering from here for quite a while now, introduced many people over the years and always had good feedback. Kebabs chicken and lamb have always been great, and I love how they give you a lovely fresh salad and sauce with your kebabs. It's a real Turkish treat. However the last two times I ordered the meat has been burnt over the BBQ and I was a little disappointed.

Could of been warmer, chips were soggy, thought id get the kebab made up, I know why I didnt but the pitta was small and difficult to cut open so didnt actually eat how I envisaged. I did however enjoy it as it served a purpose but wouldnt rush back

Food arrived just before the one hour delivery slot expired and it was cold. I'll give Ali Baba the benefit of the doubt this time, but if my next order arrives cold, I'll not order after that.

Good food in general, chips were a bit mushy but that can be explained due to polystyrene box. Kebab meat itself was very nice although for close to £10 on this dish alone I would have expected a little more.
