I am regular customer - once a week, although their delivery take 30 mins, but food is tasty and packaged well.
I am very disappointed on this order as it did not come as I chose, and one item is missing. When I called the restaurant, instead of send me the missing item, they just push for refund. They then said if I want the missing item, it will be another hour. Probably will not order from them again. Yawen, CR4

delivery a bit slow. chicken kebab is more tender than lamb. pepper and some of hullumi cheese are burnt.

Don't get me wrong, the food from Ali Baba is good. However my main concern is that they they do not read the order properly when it comes through from Hungry House! I specifically ordered my food to come at 8.20pm on the time slot. I reiterated this on the additional notes just to be sure my daughter would be in bed my the time it arrived. The order came 40 minutes earlier than asked for. I believe they didn't even read my time request. Also the bag came soggy from a broken chillli sauce (which the driver neglected to tell me and had clearly removed the sauce) so the bag broke en-route to my kitchen. I have always rated Ali Baba so I'm pretty dissapointed with this one.
