Food was ordered at 6.20pm, order accepted at 6.30pm with a message that the order would be delivered ASAP and by 7.35 at the latest. We were still waiting at that time and called only to be told that we were too far away and they wouldn't have accepted the order had they realised (we are only 3 miles away so its hardly the end of the earth). We had paid by card, so they had to deliver. We eventually got our food at 8.25, over 2 hours since we ordered. So much for fast food!
Food arrived, chips and nan bread were cold and soggy and chicken in the Korma was dry. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU WANT TASTY FOOD DELIVERED IN A TIMELY MANNER. Stephanie, G14

everything came over an hour after estimated time of arrival, when food did arrive it was cold as if it had been cooked hours ago and left. Most of the food was inedible and the food that hadn't almost disintigrated was just vile. Absolutley appaulled. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place.
