Great food, reasonable wait time for a Saturday night, would recommend!

the food was luke warm and the the boxes the curry comes in were only just over half full

My Meal on the 3rd March, i ordered a treat for me and my husband, it didnt take long to come about 3/4 of hour, as usual it was excellent hot and tasty, i would recommend Alishaan every time wether you go to collect or order on line always ggod service and the food is excellent. I went to the one in fishergste on a night out and i would of rather stayed at home and had excellent food from ALISHAAN. WOULD RECOMMNED IT ANYTIME.

The food was delicious as usual but it took over two hours for our order to arrive. We hope this was just a one-off and the problem can be remedied as The Alishaan is one of our favourite takeaways. A real shame really as by the time our meal arrived we were a bit 'past it' to be honest.

Food order took an hour and half to arrive and then came without rice. I phoned up and the man on the phone was really rude and said I would have to wait 20 mons to half an hour for the rice or do without!!! Rubbish customer service - shouldn'e take internet orders if they can't do it properly!!

Ordered my food at about 6.30pm, arrived at 6.45pm, crikey not even Superman is that quick! Excellent quality again, there's just nothing bad to say about this place, get your butts to the Alishaan!

Originally coming from Birmingham I have a rather good palate when it comes to the flavours of curry. I would have to say that this takeaway is up there with the best of them, fresh tasting and the meat used was of excellent quality. Anyone out there wanting a ruddy good takeaway get your butts down to the Alishaan you will not be disappointed.

food looked really nice but had no flavour.. it was quite bland.

One of the best indian takeaways i've had in a long time. Food not only arrived piping hot, but was excellent quality & good value, which is very rare these days! Mixed starter highly recommended. I will be ordering from these again, i just hope they keep up the good work & dont let the standards drop!

 

Late delivery. 1735 - 1820, arrival 1845. Sheek kebab excellent. Main dish too oily. As I believe in giving someone a second chance, I will be re-ordering.

We rate the Alishaan very highly. This was our second order from them and our meal and the level of service on offer turned out to be every bit as good as it was the first time we used them. We were very pleased with the quality of our food, which was extemely tasty, delivered quickly and courteously and we felt, thanks to the generous portions, was excellent value for money too. Their menu offers plenty to choose from and the Afghani Lamb I was tempted by last night was absolutely gorgeous. The Alishaan is rapidly becoming one of our favourite takeaways.

This was our first taste of The Alishaan and we really enjoyed our meal. Our food was plentiful, fresh and tasty and still very hot when it arrived. The delivery driver was friendly (and 10 minutes early) and we thought we got great value for money overall as, compared to some takeaways we've tried, Alishaan certainly don't hold back on the size of their portions! Try the lamb pathia - superb! We'll certainly be ordering from here again although with such a large and varied menu, we'll probably be spoilt for choice.

Food was an hour late, therefore cold, no explanation. Surly delivery driver. Not a good way to treat a paying customer.
