I wouldn't rate this place as somewhere to go for a proper curry. Rogan Josh tasted distinctly of curry sauce (the kind you put on chips), and was not remotely spicy. Delivery was slow. An extra charge for delivery to my address did NOT come up as part of the total on the website (though, to be fair, this may be the fault of the website).

We do always confirm the prices when an order is given to the restaurant, so it's disappointing that this was added afterward. I'll get our account management team to give the owner a call and just make sure that he understands that it can upset customers if prices are changed, even if it is only pennies or a pound. The 'plain' naan bread was a bit sweet but that maybe the norm around here. I'm used to no flavour at all, just good ol' plain naan.

Order arrived fifteen minutes after the latest arrival time I was given and was 'tepid' not hot. The Meat in the curry was also very tough as though it had dried out under heat lamps. I'll be sticking to my usual Indian delivery from now on.

The food was excellent, tasty and piping hot. It is the first time in ages that we have recieved everything that we have orderd correctly and not had to ring back the takeaway (Not just alishaan) they even gave us a free bottle a coca cola too. The only downside is that it took ages to arrive and we where starving, however bearing in mind it was a friday night and probably very very busy. THANKS ALISHAAN! great food x

We are regulars of this takeaway, however this was the first time we had used Hungryhouse to order from them. The food was amazing, hot and fresh. The delivery was in good time too. However, they did forget to send the rice we orderd, so i rang alishan they apologised and deliverd us the rice within ten minutes of the phonecall which was very nice of them and they even put some onion baji's in there too :) thanks alishan great service! x
