Very fast delivery, food arrived within 30 mins. Although missing one drink, food was fresh, hot and really enjoyable. Thanks for the great service and easy to use ordering system.

I ordered a can of coke and they never gave me one and instead they said they gave me garlic bread. But my order came with garlic bread included so they out pocketed me for 70p, it's not massive but a call wouldn't of hurt for me to choose a different drink. I also seen others moan about no drinks. The chips where soggy and tasted like they where cooked in fat that hasn't been changed in a long time. Also a little bit of advice would be putting the cheese on the pizza first and toppings on top, also make them with more tomatoe.

Absolutely appalling. Never had a problem until now. Food order was wrong and delivery man was rude when he went to wrong house number. Food was cold. Will not be using again. Couldn't get through to calling them to ask why my order was wrong. Felt cheated out of a decent meal.

I used HungryHouse to order via American Pizza and all I can say is that I won't be using them a second time. I placed my delivery order at 1845 and it finally arived at 2050!! Over 2 hours wait on a quiet night for a delivery that other take-aways manage to do in less than 40 minutes on Friday or Saturday nights, not acceptable at all. I think that if I hadn't have rung and chased the order at 2015, I'd still be waiting for it now!!
The ONLY saving grace was that the food was good, fresh and hot when it finally arrived. Jane, LE3

Did not receive one item that I ordered, a can of 7up, and the chips were extremely soggy. Otherwise, the rest of the order was very nice.

Just... Fantastic. In every way. Cannot be faulted. It took no more than 20 minutes to receive our delivery and the pizzas are so good and so hot, the onion rings perfectly crispy and the garlic bread was perfect. I would happily order from this takeaway only for the rest of my life. I would most certainly recommend this to anyone looking for the ultimate pizza experience!
