delivery was beyond a joke we got told it would be at ours for 7pm and after ringing up 4 times it eventually arrived at half 8, the staff were snotty, an also the delivery woman when she did arrive told us not to use the internet we should of rang our order threw, an we would of got it quicker. which i think is absolute joke.

i ordered this at 7.15 was told it would be no later than ten to 8. i rang back at 9 to be told it would be another 20 mins then rang at 10 after no food arrived to be told ten more mins. no apology no nothing when i asked what had took so long his reply was dunno love am only a delivery driver. told him to forget it wont be ordering again and ordered from Ameen.

Was advised meal would be there at 7.45 but didn't arrive til 9.30.. waited 3 and a half hours for delivery.. rang up 3 times but they told 3 differm't storys. Meal was nice but the service was exceptionally poor.

First, the food is excellent, tasty, and hot if you can wait for it. It was over 2 1/2 hours before it arrived. The response from the staff was less than helpful when I asked about the delay (twice), both times adding extra time to the delivery time. Considering the shop is 3 minutes away from where I live they still got the address wrong - I was trying out their delivery service, I have been the shop dozens of times never waiting more than 40 minutes from order to receipt.

If you are not in a hurry then this is the place to go, though opt for pick up rather than delivery.

The food was DELICIOUS.
They delivered it 1.5hr late tho, maybe because it was Sat night.

Waited 3 hours for the food which was lukewarm. Phoned 3 times and was given multiple excuses along with the usual "its on its way". They threw in a bottle of coke and discounted £2 which seemed ike no substitute for the 3 hour wait. They had obviously been busy as the food was not of their usual standard. It's a shame as they were my favourite Indian takeaway but will not use again. All I 'an say is they're usually great, but not this time.

Terrible, waited 2 1/2 hours and they were still fobbing me off.
What kind of place lets someone wait that long, to make matters worse they didnt seem too bothered about it.
Ive read a few of their reviews and it seems this is a frequent problem.
This was the worst service ive received for a long time and will be using the many other takeaways that dont treat their customers like this.

If the delivery time was a little faster. It would be no 1 in my books thanks for the meal.
