"i reicved the wrong food and they also gave me full fat coke when i expressly ordered diet coke in black and white as i am diabetic, they brought my food minus the drink, 40 mins after my food arrived and after 3 phone calls they broughtnormall coke which cost £2 and made no attempt ot change it! the food was nice but i've had better" Tracy, N7 |
Response from hungryhouse: I'm sorry to hear about the mix-up with your order. Your order was sent correctly specifying that Diet Coke should be delivered. I can only guess that the restaurant had run out of Diet Coke and did not appreciate the importance of the instruction. The amount you paid for the drink has been refunded to your card.
