Good food and not long to wait. Only shame was they didn't deliver to my postcode.

Worth every penny, one of the best Thai meals I have had in London, everything was cooked to perfection especially the king prawns Green Curry and the beef massaman. The rice was also incredible. I would have liked more however that is because it tasted so good.

They certainly gave a lot of food-- one orderwill feed two. Unfortunately, it was almost inedible. Greasy, and even though I live a 15 min walk away, my spring rolls & the tempura was cold and soggy when they arrived. Ick-- will not go back.

The food was great. I cannot complain at all about the quality. However 2 hours to get to me left me never wanting to order from them again. You're passed hunger and into the starving angry rabid dog phase by that point. Not worth the insane wait.

late delivery, salad had been on bike for so long it had cooked, soggy iceberg lettuce and seafood. The poached trout was not inspirational.

This place is more expensive than the average but the food is always so good that I find it hard to moan about paying the price! Fragrant, fresh with brilliant chicken pad thai - Perfect!

Atrocious soggy non-thai salad with no flavour and dry chicken.
Fried starters were in a sealed box so no longer crunchy on arrival. Sticky rice was sticky on the outside, but dry on the inside. Generally poor, but prompt. Tom, SW4

Food was cold, lacking favour and over priced. We will not be ordering with them again.

Another good meal from Baan Thai. Only gripe is that it's quite expensive for what it is and that there isn't enough variety on the starters - As I'm allergic to shellfish, it would be great to see some dumplings, money bags etc. without prawns!

The great thing about Thai food is that it so much fresher than most takeaways. This was terrible. The noodles from the chef's special (prawn and coconut milk) was a very strange dish....! Very oily, the rice noodles were overcooked and the whole thing was a slushy mess... No fresh veg in the dish, usually a Thai standard. The starter of bbq'd squid in special soya was delicious, but really, it was two small squids chopped up into tiny pieces, extremely low value for money. Not acceptable as other local Thai restaurants offer more in a starter. The mixed seafood special rice (about 8 pounds) was bad value. It was heavy on the crabsticks, a cheap filler for stingy businesses not wanting to give you premium seafood, but for that price... need I say more? Actually I will, the prawns are tasteless. Not overcooked (thank you), but these are watery low grade ingredients. I ordered from here because they advertise their Timeout review...really???

This is certainly not the cheapest Thai option but it's definitely worth the extra cost. My vegetable red curry was amazing - one of the best I've ever had. My friend had the tom khar gai and he loved it - wouldn't stop raving about it and made it last as long as he could.
