All good again service,Food etc happy to recommend

Good food, generous portions as usual very happy with the generous salad chicken tikka was beautiful, only one complaint my samosas were burned :-(, surely they shouldn't send them out if they are visibly burned especially as this is not the cheapest balti place.

This was the 2nd time I have ordered from Balti Bites and the 2nd time the order has arrived after the stated time. The 1st time it took 2 1/2 hours but it was snowing so I chose to give them the benefit of the doubt but my order yesterday took well over an hour and we had to phone to chase again. The food is standard and not really worth waiting that amount of time for I'm afraid.

Turned into my regular Indian take away. Excellent food and service.Well done .

Really really good food I had roast salmon and bombay aloo and it was wonderful they gave me lots of salad as requested which I was very happy about as I usually find salad rarer than gold at indian restaurants/ takeways. My husband had the mixed tikka platter and found it very enjoyable and couldn't finish it. The delivery was within an hour from order and the delivery man was polite and friendly. All in all I will definately order again and will recomend to friends.

Delivery times always poor, food warm by the time we receive it. It's a shame because food is very tasty. Think we need to find another take away to use in future.

Thought we'd try a different curry house and were happy they would deliver from stirchley to Northfield. Placed order at 8.20 and were given a time slot of 8.45 to 9.30, was hoping it would be closer to 8.45 as very hungry and 9.30 seemed a long time to wait for a curry. No curry by 9.30, Tracked online and it said it left balti bit at 9.00. called balti bites directly and was told they had put the order through as dispatched at 9 as the bell kept going off but they had a backlog and it had left 5 mins ago, why lye with the online delivery time? Waited another 15 mins, still no curry, called again, told again only another 5 minutes away. But how could we believe them at this point? Curry finally arrive at 10.15, almost 2 hrs from thd time we ordered!!!!!! My husband enjoyed his but I order lamb as my mains and the meat was so tough that I had to just eat around it the best I could and have the sauce. Based on the food alone this curry house is pretty average to poor, based on service (lying about the times on the phone and not particularly caring andlying online about the delivery time. I would strongly not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Had to wait nearly 2 hours for delivery and when it was delivered the food wasn't hot.

Phoned the restaurant asking for a refund and was told the food was 'just around the corner' and would be with me in 5 minutes. Had to wait a further 20 minutes for delivery!!

I was very disappointed with the food. I had ordered two curries-lamb balti and some chef's special in chicken.
Both curries were 'sweetish'. Curries should be full of spice--I mean proper spices and not a load of green chillies/chilli powder

Great tasting food, would definitely buy from balti bites again. The only problem we had is that it took a whopping two hours for them to deliver !
