Food is really good but having to wait nearly 2 hours for it to be delivered is not good at all. Order tracker stated dispatched at 8.01 but didn't turn up until a hour later. Offered half price order next time but having to wait so long puts me off ordering from here again

Ordered from here many times and have never been disappointed, the food is delicious and comes quickly. One of the best balti houses in Birmingham!

We were absolutely delighted with Balti Bites, given that this was our first order with them. The meal arrived quickly. The food was of good quality, not greasy, and certainly worth the money, which was also reasonable. We will definitely be ordering from them again.

My order was a little late arriving (10 mins past latest delivery time and 40 mins after it said dispatched by restaurant) and sadly the food was pretty cold. Once heated up however, the food was fabulous as ever. I had the meal deal for one which was very good value. The starter of chicken pakora, which I had for the first time, was really tasty and packed full of flavour. The chicken bhuna balti came with the choice of naan or rice (I went traditional and had the naan) and was accompanied by salad and an onion salad (I skipped the onions as I have an intolerance), a pot of yummy mint yoghurt sauce and a free popadom. Pudding was a choice of pineapple or banana fritter which was the perfect way to round off the meal. This was a delicious filling meal which could quite possibly feed two as I had leftovers for the following day.

Delivery was within the alotted time, and food was hot and up to the usual standard.
EXCEPT------I ordered a LAMB pathia, but got CHICKEN instead! Can they not read an order correctly? When I spotted the mistake, it was too late to ring - they'd closed! This place does seem to have gone downhill recently - don't know why? The last time I had cause to complain, the manager 'blocked' me!! Wonder if the same will happen again now? Surely the act of supplying just what the customer orders is of paramount importance to anyone in this industry? I will return - if I'm not blocked again! Malcolm, B38

Was a bit surprised to discover that "made with lemon" means "contains whole chunks of lemon" when biting into one that was disguised by the sauce. Other than this, everything was excellent.
