Kulfi was not available yet i was still charged for the kulfi. Hopefully next time i order i can get a kulfi for free.

The meal itself from balti express was really good value for money, we only orded afew items for the two of us and we could of fed an army, excellent food was great, thanks.
The only thing that let it down was the driver who brought the food was smoking, then through it on our path, and of course when you dont smoke it is not very good especially for business. Mark, B38

The food was nearly 2 hours late arriving as it had been delivered to the wrong address despite having my address as I had typed it in to the website myself and also my mobile number as I had typed that in also nobody contacted me.

Food was 'warm' rather than hot (but it was pissing down at the time)!
I'm not happy with being charged more, AFTER the order was 'processed' and not being told about it, or why? (This is getting more common by the day!) Other than that - I enjoyed the biryani, and the dhansak is tonights meal! Malcolm, B38
