Food wise one meal was totally cold and I rang up and they were really good and replaced it and it was much better

it was a real shame as there was an issue with my delivery whereby the order was sent to the wrong address and the wrong phone number was given to the driver and therefore by the time we got the food it was cold and only had a reduction in price of £2.00
I normally get great service and great food but this has put me off as it was a christmas meal with family who cannot be here for christmas and spoil are night F, CV4

Although the quality of the food and the value for money was good, they forgot things from my order. I called them up and it took them 30 mins to deliver the missing stuff, even though the restaurant is a few mins away. They then got it wrong again by delivering me a can of pop when i had ordered a bottle, but by this point i didnt not want to wait another half hour for the correct drink.
I would order from here again but only as a collection order. S, CV5

Excellent. delivery was very quick. The quality of the food was great, nice large chunks of chicken. There was plenty of food, it was the set meal for one person but could easily feed 2! will definatly be ordering from here again.

Wow i love we love this takeaway!!! Have tried most others in the area and have to say Balti hut beats them all hands down!
Large portions, you always know what you're getting here, having the same dish whenever i order (Chicken Tikka Massala, fantastic!!) other takeaways the dish is different tasting every time 9 times out of 10...not here! Prices are very reasonable, delivery time acceptable and tastey quality food! Recommended to everyone, i wouldn't go anywhere else! :-) G, CV5

The meal was excellent. A very good price as it fed two of us. My husband and myself. There was plenty and it was delicious. I would definitely recommend trying the set meal for 1.
Only one small problem. It was a little on the cold side, but it was a bank holiday and im sure they were busy and we had it delivered so at least we didnt have to leave home to collect. But it was great nonetheless. Hayley, CV6

The food from Balti Hut was honestly the best we've ever had from an indian takeaway. The chicken chunks were big and not fatty like some places. The sauce was lush! I've already recommended Balti Hut to my friends and family since my order. The only thing that let it down was the time it took to come, we ordered at 20.10 and the order came a few minutes before 22.00. Would still use again though, I'll just order in plenty of time!

Food is good, but service unfortunately this time was awful, when i say service, well only service you recieve is from delivery driver so i do not understand why company doesnt employ decent people who are friendly and helpful...

The food from here is really nice, the price for it is worth paying. The first i had was the popadoms were a bit too powdery, but they are normally nice. Also the delivery took a while but this may be due to the time i ordered my food. I would recommend the Balti Hut to any of my friends

From placing my order the food took an hour to arrive - i ordered:
Chicken Tikka Mosala - was nice with plenty of chicken boiled rice chips - again very nice thin chips peshwari nann bread - this was exceptionally nice - full of coconut Martin, CV6
