I was expecting semi decent food but I was impressed at the quality of the food that I ordered. Okay the puri was drenched with oil but aside from that fact everything else was really good. We have ordered from them and they are one of our primary choice for Indian take-away food. :o)

40 minutes late - instructions on finding flat not given to delivery guy - he phoned me wandering and lost - food cold but very nice when heated - overall disappointing

Clearly this is too long to have to wait, so I have asked our account management team to get in touch with the manager. They will try to ensure that any issues with recording delivery locations accurately are ironed out. In the mean time, we never like to see a customer kept waiting longer than expected.
