Hi Don, Sorry to hear about the mix-up with your order from Banana Leaf. I have checked this order in our system and I can confirm there were no problems sending it correctly and in full. I suspect you are correct in assuming that the staff at Banana Leaf simply ran out of aloo parota and sent what they believed would be an acceptable alternative. We will follow up with the restaurant manager about this, and ask that they don't make such substitutions without first asking the customer in future. the delivery took an hour and a half to arrive,food was also cold.delivery man friendly but phone call was not particularly helpful or polite although our meal was fully refunded,over all very disapointed!

They never have 'appams' available. Instead they call back and ask to replace that item with something else. This has happened twice. If they dont have 'appams'...then they should remove it from their menu.
Also ...no matter how many dishes you order they always send you only one container of 'sambhar'. 'Sambhar' is normally accompanied with certain dishes. So I think the quantity of sambhar should increase if you order more dishes rather than getting one container irrelevant of how many dishes you order. Vinil, G5
