We ordered a navrattan pilau rice, but got something similar to an egg fried rice with vegetables. We are regular customers so don't understand the mix up. We order it specifically for the navrattan pilau rice, so were very disappointed. Rest of the order was good.

I ordered at around 2pm and the food didn't arrive until 4pm. Obviously by this point it was cold, especially as I called the restaurant at 3:15 (which was already after its scheduled delivery slot) to be informed that it was en route. I later found out that the driver didn't know where he was going. Once the food had been reheated it was nice, and the portions were a good size, but I was just disappointed that no one contacted me to let know that my food would turn up exceptionally late.

Food was very tasty and good value. Was slightly on the cold side but maybe that's unavoidable if you live in Battersea and your order is coming from Camberwell (I think that's where they are). Anyway pretty good food and would order again.

We had the most delicious Valentine's dinner from Bangalore Kitchen. It did not disappoint, the navrattan pilau rice was so tasty, shorshe lobster cooked to perfection, and the exotic mango was a wonderful surprise and end to our meal. Thanks a lot!

Very disappointed unfortunately - I read the other reviews AFTER I placed my order and have to agree about the quality of the food , not enough lamb in the curry and quality not that great , ordered the Pumpkin and it wasn't fresh was old and texture was not good! :-(
Won't be ordering from them again , was my first time and my last!! Carole, SW9
