Barakah is my favourite Indian restaurant and I have tried so many in the area. The quality of the food is always excellent, the staff are polite, the service is quick, they always include an extra little side dish, a chocolate and a hot hand towel, these are nice touches.

The food is certainly enough reason to order, it's always piping hot and delicious. Nice mix of veggies in the vegetable curries; the sag paneer is sweet, mixing soft and hard cheese; the chana masala is yummy, spiced perfectly; the peshwari naan is big enough to last a couple of days and is sweet and nutty as required. Lovely all round. Recommend whole heartedly.

Have had better curry to be honest but this wasn't the worst by a long way. Free potatoes was a nice touch, quick delivery also.

I've been ill with tonsilitis and not left the house for a week. Having run out of food and cash, online takeaway has sadly become my lifeline over the last few days, when I can be bothered to eat. Pretty sad, I know.

The food from Barakah has definitely been by far the best I've sampled in the area. The vegetable dhansak is lovely, hot and spicy, which is nice when your taste-buds are not working too well and very generously portioned, enough to last two days, with a great variety of colourful veggies, not just the usual.

The sides were also excellent, I love that the saag paneer has both solid and soft cheese and is sweet tasting and yummy. The chickpea side was also lovely and they include a little freebie with the order, which was in this case a potato dish.

Overall the quality is excellent, the price is excellent and the service is efficient and friendly. I don't think I'll be ordering from any other Indian takeaway any time soon. Would highly recommend to curry lovers.

I have never left a review for a restaurant before but the meal I received from Barakah was actually amazing and I had to say something! They delivered my meal within 30 minutes and provided me with a hot towel, sauces, salad and a chocolate. It was the perfect dining experience that you would get in the restaurant but instead I had it in my own home. I would definitely order from them again!!

Always excellent service. Quality of food can be a little up and down, but today's was great, and more often than not it is great, so we keep coming back.

I love biryanis and no one i've tried does a nicer biryani than Barakah

Took a little longer than I thought it would for a Tuesday night, but there was a small complimentary veg curry. Rogan Josh was VERY oily to the point I drained it before eating. Not overly impressed and I think I will stick with my other place for now.

I normally give 'excellent' for the quality of food, but they were a bit stingy on the quantity of meat this time round! But that really is the only complaint - everything else was superb.

Arrived quickly, and was delicious - the extras of complimentary aloo, mints, and hot towels made it even better value for money!
