Good work again from this friendly restaurant. My only gripe is that they don't deliver large bottles of drinks such as Fanta - 2 cans for £2 seems a bit rich (although they are not alone in this pricing). By the way, my local cafe sells Orangina, in the 'bulby' glass bottles (not sure if cans/larger bottles are the same stuff?). This is a much better orange drink, perhaps the restaurant could get some in? Thanks

I hesitated between Good and Fair for the Quality of Food this time. Having used Basrah Lounge before my expectations were high that food received would be fresh and crispy (where applicable). Although everything tasted fine and service was excellent, the chips and onion rings (particularly) were a bit steamed and soggy. To a lesser extent this also applied to the chicken shawarma. Chicken wings were excellent again though. Hope this was a one off and will certainly order again. It's hard to be critical given the overall (relatively low) quality of their competition, so still basically good, but could have done better this time. Thanks

On of the best take away I've had. the chips, chicken wings, onion was great. great packaging as well. gave 6 sachet of sauces, which is a contrast to others who don't give any at all....

Overall very good. Burger, although okay, was the weakest item. Onion rings and spicy wings excellent. Chips good. Everything fresh and well presented. Delivery seemed fast. Driver very polite and personable. Will use them again, and maybe try the chicken shawarma next time. Recommend

I was so pleasantly surprised by this place! Firstly, the food arrived incredibly fast - about 20 minutes from when the order was accepted. The packaging was really nice, and the food well presented. The onion rings were nice and hot and crispy, eaten with the four free dips that unexpectedly came with my order. The chicken shawarma was beautifully presented, and was very authentic. The burger was a little bit on the average side (the patty was lacking in flavour and was a strange consistency), but still worth eating. The chips, however, were to die for! The best chips I've had in a long time. Just perfect. Overall, really good value for money, and I'll definitely be ordering from here again soon. Highly recommended!

I got a milkshake. its was very milky and the flavour was a bit off.
Veggie burger. i had one bite it was a horrid ! Naan bread was hard as a rock and not in any way warm, only the edge was eatable potatoe wedges where good had lots of flavour onion rings werent cooked enough nearly raw batter on them if i was in a resturant i would have had it returned and not paid for any of it execpt the shake and wedges Natasha, W7

A very decent burger. Potato wedges very nice. Chips good too. Chicken wings were average. But def good all round as other reviews suggest. Delivery was reasonable considering it snowed that evening. Well done

AGAIN CONSTANT GOOD QUALITY FOOD WELL PACKED. DRIVER EVEN DELIVERED IN THE SNOW AWSOM SERVICE. RECOOMENDED TRY THEIR BURGERS AND CHICKEN SHAWERMA.

Absolutely appalling. Worst takeaway in years. Food arrived cold, pizza tasted weird and chewy, topping was thin and not good. Garlic bread was just rubbish. We ended up throwing most of the order away. Avoid Basrah Lounge!
