I was very happy with the value for money, quality and speed of delivery but they got our order wrong and I ended up with a pizza that i couldnt eat as I dont eat pork. We didnt change any of the toppings so it should have been straightforward. I was very disappointed considering I organised the pizzas for myself and colleagues and mine was the one that came out wrong.

The food itself was decent. My complain comes from the disastrous customer service skills. I specified a time for the delivery, which I was unfortunately unable to meet. The owner/manager basically threaten to sue me, yelled at me for specifying an time I "knew I would not be home". When I told him I was stuck in traffic, and please excuse my delay, he said: "You are lying!!! There is no traffic now!". They got the food right, the value is good, but this is my L A S T order wih them. EVER. What business survives after threatening for being stuck in traffic. And all of this, for a £20 order. Shameful. They had it all within themselves, to give good service. Instead, they got verbally abusive and confrontational. Just despicable.

Had the deep pan which was far too thick, and ruined the pizza a little. Garlic bread with cheese was nice though. Will give them a go with another go but go for thin crust next time.
