I order a meal today, mmm as soon as I open the door, I can smell the favours. It was excellent and the staff was very help full, decide what to have with what. Friends come enjoy Bengal, it could be the best Indian you every had.

Driver could not locate property (main road, no problems with several other delivery and taxi companies). Had to walk down the road to locate driver (2-3 minutes walk). Food average.

Normally the food from the Bengal is really good quality. What I have learnt, quite quickly is to not show any kind of loyalty to take away places because the moment you do, the standard goes down hill fast.
Yesterdays meals, we found was warm. Normally the Rogan Josh is really delicious. Maybe it was because the order was placed early and the rice and curry was left over, who knows, lack of care obviously, but the food was tasteless and warm. Maybe once you have ordered a few times from the restaurant, they feel no need to keep to a certain standard of food. The nan bread was supposed to be garlic it was not, the bag was open, the nans were lukewarm. The delivery man pretends not to hear the buzzer letting him in (the first time this happened, it was seen as an error) now, being the second time, he obviously doesn't feel he needs to come up stairs to deliver the food. I won't be using the bengal again. Once I can understand for an off day, twice, its not worth hoping for the best when you have to pay. Last order, the popadoms were stale, or reheated - but you can believe that things may slip through and errors made. Pity really, you would think in this economic climate, people would be doing all they can to keep hold of loyal customers. Lorna, W10

Live in W11 and food brought was hot and on time. It was saturday night as well so good it was on time. Very tasty meal and one of the best. Would use again.
