great delivery service...nice and fast.
i requested a knife and fork and they put them in the bag. food quality..... not very good at all. it didnt look or taste like the jalfrezi i ordered. it just tasted like a horrible curry with some chillies in. didnt look aptertising and didnt taste very nice. Simon, SO15

we pre-ordered for our meal to arrive between 8.00-8.15 to fit in with feeding our newborn son and our food arrived at 7.30 just as we were about to feed him. generally we have been pleased with the sevice we get and our food always arrives within the timescale.

Despite 6 inches of snow and awful conditions my meal arrived within the specified time. The mixed kebab was tasty but lukewarm, this was compensated by the extra pompodum, onion salad and raita that I didn't order but received. Chicken biriyani was full of succulent chunks of chicken the vegetable curry was medium spiced. Delivered by a friendly and polite driver. One of the better Indian take aways in Southampton.

I ordered from Bengal Paradise a curry with a couple of naans and a couple of desserts. I then receive a call from them saying that they don't have any of the desserts I asked if I could have ice cream instead. My first option was not to have it but they said I'd have to pay an extra two pounds to not have the dessert as the total amount would be below 12 pounds. Then I agreed so I wouldn't have to pay extra. When when food arrived I didn't get my entitled 10% and the driver wasn't aware of anything. After having the food I can state that it is a bit pricey for what it is.
