"We ordered our food at 17.00 and were told that the order would be sent through at 17.30, then had confirmation our meal would be delivered at 18.20. However it was eventually delivered at 19.20.
On a good note I do have to say the manager did call to apologise, and deducted £2.86 from our order value, which brought it down to £25. But then on receiving the fod we noticed there was a deal stating if we spent over £25 pounds we should have receievd £5 off anyway."

"Bengal spice contacted me within 10 minutes of ordering to confirm my order and delivery details, very polite telephone manner. Food arrived within 40 mins, it was hot and tasted freshly prepared - the rice was particulary good."
