The food was actually very good, freshly cooked and delivered fast. However, the driver parked outside, called me and told me to come out to collect my food in the freezing cold, even though I had added an extra line to the directions specifically explaining to come down the stairs and ring the doorbell. The driver chose to ignore that and instead make me come out to get what I had ordered. This was the only thing that disappointed me.

1. besides being cold, my chips were not contained in anything but the bag, carelessly chucked onto the box of chicken.
2. i ordered a side dish of garlic mushrooms which wernt in the bag that cost me £2.50!!! 3. the dessert was still frozen and couldnt be eaten unill the following day. (which definately wasnt worth the wait!). This foot outlet is a complete waste of time and worthless waste of money. i really cant see how a company have such problems completing an order for two people. im very sure my 15 yr old brother could give a vastly improved service to the public. Felt sorry for the delivery guy who obviously didnt know the area. Rubbish food, expensive. Took an hour plus to arrive.

I placed my order at 16.12 and it did'nt arrive until 19.05 which was no good to me as i had to go out at 18.40, my son hate what he could, he said the chicken was ok but the fries were cold and the garlic bread with cheese didnt have much taste, needless to say i wont be ordering from there again.

I ordered from this restaurant a week ago and it was exceptional. However, I was disappointed with my order yesterday. The order should have had 4 large portions of chips, and it seemed that they hastily put 4 small portions in a bag, which resulted in them going all over the place. I got two meal orders instead of one, and the drinks that came with the order were warm. Despite all that though, the food is delicious, and the quality is higher than regular. If the restaurant gets the orders right, and the delivery department learns to use Google Maps, it would be my regular.

First of all. i must say i am slightly impressed as they have got all my special requests right!.. except for one bit... I've ordered a chicken donor but received lamb instead - one of the things that i would never eat..... The kebab ended up in the bin soon after i smelled the lamb..i guess that suggests poor value for money...?
the chicken pieces are quite delicious tho! Syvania, BS3

Absolutely discusting, took over 2 hours the delivery driver called me in the wrong location and asked me to walk and meet him 3 streets away, barely a word of english so where ever he got lost he handed his phone to a stranger to attempt to make things clear,
When he finally arrived and waited about 6 buildings away he asked for cash payment even though i had paid by card when ordering, he called somone and then confirmed i had allready paid. The food was freezing cold and missing a drink so i ended up throwing the food away. when i called to complain to refund was offered. The FIRST & LAST time i ever use bennys. Most dissapointing!!! My large chicken donner had a LOT of meat, wedges were adequate. Took 50 minutes to deliver but part of that was probably due to the fact that my house is a bit out of the way. Food was still hot on arrival. Would recommend :)
