"Food was fairly good, a little cold but good.
However I was charged an extra £2 for delivery of side orders even though i order over £9 worth food and I also asked and was charged for extra ketchup which I never recieved!!"

Response from hungryhouse: Hi Shona, Sorry to hear about the mistake with your order. We've taken a look at this, and the printed order was delivered correctly so I'm not sure what has gone wrong here. It sounds as if they put the wrong order onto the delivery bike. I will get our account management team to give the owner of Best Pizza a call to make sure this doesn't happen again. I will be in touch by email to let you know what compensation he offers.
