Eastern Empire, Balham: Review of the Week Lorna
Customer Rating

Summary: Customer Rating as of 25th of March 2014

Serving up mouth-watering Indian for almost twenty years, the folks at Eastern Empire know the key to consistently quality curry . For this week’s Review of the Week winner, Andrew, they’re his number one; with juicy lamb, succulent sides and generous portions, he sure makes a convincing case AND  bags himself a £25 voucher for his efforts.

“Have had several deliveries from Eastern Empire, and will continue to use them as my number 1 curry house as they consistently have really great quality food. Lamb dishes are tender (I would recommend the dansak), and sides are also very tasty (brinjal bhaji and saag paneer are great). A lot of curry houses make very oily curries but none of that here! Portions are very big, with generous amount of meat.”

When food this good costs so little it can seem like it’s all to good to be true, but Andrew overcame his initial skepticism and is more than happy to recommend them – especially their 20% off deals:

“When i first ordered i was a bit nervous as the price was so much cheaper than anywhere else, but they are far better quality than much more expensive places – this just makes them incredible value for money. Not to mention that they often do 20% off deals as well. All in all a great quality curry house, at an excellent price”.
