Not since the birth of Giant Panda Mei Lan in the Atlanta Zoo a year ago has there been a more spectacular delivery! Not even a wrong address (she gave her home address, when she was actually visiting the in-laws) and a category 6 hurricane (okay, we made that part up) could prevent the driver from delivering the still ”hot” and ”delicious” order to Lisa’s door.

This week’s Review of the Week winner receives £25 for reminding us that exceptional food with exceptional customer service is a dish best served hot. Fat Boy Pizza, we salute you!

“Ordered from here last night and have to say I’ve never had such good service!

When I placed my order I automatically chose the default address I had saved. 30 mins later I had a phone call sayin my delivery was outside, when I looked there was nobody there and the guy in the office reeled off my home address when I was staying at the in-laws (forgotten to change address, entirely my fault).

The guy asked me to text the right address and food arrived 5 mins later, delivery guy was so friendly and laughed about the mix-up. I then had another call from the office to make sure the food had now arrived and sayin that if there was a problem with the food, e.g., if it was cold because of delay that they would gladly send a replacement, despite the error being my fault!!!!

I was glad to say that the food was still hot and really delicious, very good value for money. Exceptional custo
mer service and tasty food. Will definitely order again!”
