Moza, Rochester: Review of the Week

We always enjoy hearing stories of gallant delivery drivers who will stop at nothing to ensure that their delicious dishes reach the hungry customer. However, an unusual address or misleading road sign can create a challenge for even the most intrepid or experienced of delivery staff. Living in the self-professed ‘deepest wilds’, this weeks Review of the Week winner, Peter, was prepared for a far from effortless excursion for the delivery driver.

However, the hero of this tale accepted this exploratory challenge and was able to not only locate Peter, but also to impress him greatly with this courageous effort. More often than not reviews are focused on the culinary skills of the takeaway (which of course makes perfect sense) however, it is both refreshing and enjoyable to hear from a genuinely satisfied customer about a genuinely valiant delivery.

“I live at the back of beyond … believe me single lane track, no street lighting and at the very edge of the woods and even a SatNav can’t find me… so what has this to do with my order from Moza? I placed my order and was informed it would be with me within 45 minutes. My eyebrow (on the left) raised and I though “We’ll see”

A telephone call from the delivery service confirmed my worst fear – my food was lost somewhere before the back of beyond.

Let me tell you, NOTHING was too much trouble for this delivery guy. OK, he took a long time to get to me but he kept me informed and would not give up. I mustn’t forget to add that the food was delivered by the manager himself.!!

Still hot, very tasty and I will definitely order from Moza again … if they dare brave the deepest wilds of the Pilgrims Way!

Don’t miss out on this one.

Many thanks to MOZA!!!
