Zafaran is an authentic Persian eatery in London that is becoming very popular with local customers. Described variously as “delicious,” “awesome,” and “great quality,” they offer a short and sweet menu of homecooked-style traditional dishes – the real deal. Baghali polo, a Persian classic, is a wonderful rice dish with broad beans served with melt-in-the-mouth tender lamb. They also offer chelow khoresht fesenjoon – chicken marinated in a lovely sweet & sour sauce, with refreshing pomegranate and walnuts.
