Millennium Tandoori

Millennium Tandoori are something of takeaway royalty in South East London. Their food and service is so exceptional, they were number one Top Takeaway in London in 2013. We’re not surprised to see them back on the list this year either. With delicious food, professional service and an amazing amount of choice on offer including exotic Persian dishes and spicy tandoori specialities, it’s no surprise that their fans keep coming back for more!

Here’s what London foodie and curry-lover Dotty Dishes thinks about the Millennium Tandoori:

The Chicken Dosa is by far our favourite starter from Millennium Tandoori and it didn’t disappoint. Wrapped in a wholewheat roti packed full of nicely spiced chicken curry, the dosa is always perfect and something I could always eat more of and I often wish I’d just ordered a whole one for myself and some peas rice to accompany it!

FS2

FS2 on Brockley Rise is not just one of South East London’s most popular takeaways; even hungry Londoners from all across the city head to the takeaway looking for their fix of delicious Turkish cuisine. If you’re struggling to chose just one dish from their appetising menu then we’d recommend the fried halloumi with all the trimmings – their customers can’t stop raving about!

Whilst carving out a reputation for gorgeous Chinese food, the New Winner on Lewisham High Street also deliver some of the area’s best Malaysian and Thai cuisine. Sometimes vegetarians get a bit of a bum rap when it comes to takeaway, but with the New Winner they are more than spoilt for choice, with the tofu and cashew nuts in a yellow bean sauce served with fresh bamboo shoots, pepper and carrots winning over customers one at a time.
