Very poor service including lying. Like other reviews stated, food took about an hour and a half to come - we expected this, so do not have a problem. It came 10 minutes before Hungry House said the last possible time would be.
When the order turned up our main dish was missing (Paneer Masala) and our free onion bhajis were missing, so we were left with side dishes, rice and naan. We phoned up to let them know, and they said that someone must have forgotten, and they were too busy to send a replacement. They offered us the option to come another night and get the Paneer Masala that was missing. We felt that our meal was spoiled, so this would no way compensate. They offered to refund just that dish, but again this would not account for the missing onion bhaji and the wasted rice. Eventually they put the manager on, and it transpired that they had been lying to us about someone forgetting the dish, in fact they had run out of paneer. They had my telephone number, but had made no effort to contact me to let me know this was the case. In the end we were offered a £14 refund (half the total cost of the meal). This would have just about covered the lack of main dish, wasted rice, and lack of onion bhajis (although not the fact that the meal was spoiled) so we accepted. However, over a week later and the refund has still not been issued. Moving on to the food - as other reviewers have said, the naan was cold. The daal was particularly lumpy and dry which I did not like - but it may be to others' tastes. David, SW11

In a busy and tough market a good Indian is sometimes hard to find. Bombay Bicycle has been recomended by a few people so i thought it was worth a go.
I ordered takeaway from here on a Friday evening when I was exhausted and wanted something quick. I like how everything comes individually packaged and sealed. It keeps your food hot and fresh until you're ready to eat it. Also the popadoms were nice and crispy!!! Without thinking, I ended up ordering two chicken dishes dishes, the chicken masala was pretty good and the Korma was amazing! I normally like a hot curry but fancied a change! Not disapointed! Look forward to ordering again! Tom, SW11

Delivery took 1.5 hours, well over the indicated time, with no contact to advise this would be the case. The naan bread was cold but surprisingly the rest of the food was hot so it can't be the driver got lost! The menu needs to be clearer. As written it appears to suggest you need to order sauce to go with a biryani butno sign of it on the menu. In reality one came with it. So the veg curry we ordered wasn't needed.

My food was cold. The rice was cold and the main dish was just warm. The nan was also just warm if that. Disappointed!
