Took over 1 hour for the food to arrive which was really disappointing and was a bit cold when it arrived. Other than that the food was food.

we've actually ordered from these guys before and it's always been really good. Something went seriously wrong today though :( 1 hour 45 mins before food arrived, told a couple of times on the phone that it was '5 mins away' when it clearly wasnt. Sadly the food was below par also, hardly any meat in both curries. so more like curry sauce and rice. Fail...

Unfortunately the tandor wasn't working so we didn't get our peshwari nanns (had to order another rice) or our free onion bhaji (we had samosas instead). However, the food was excellent.

It was our first order from Bombay Bicycle and the food was delicious although it did take a very long time to arrive! Ordered at 7.50 and didn't receive our order until nearly 10pm! The first delivery person seemingly had an accident and the food had to be re-prepared and then next they got rather lost trying to find our address. Never-the-less it was very good when it arrived and now they know where to find us, I would definitely order again.

Great food - shame it arrived cold. Popped in oven and it was delicious. Ordered Diet Coke and normal Coke arrived. Delivery driver struggled with calculating correct change. Will def use again as food was great.

It was a little late, food was a little cold, and the sauce is far to runny/liquidy, but the pashwari naam is amazing!

The food overall was lovely but not what was expected. The Chicken Korma and Chicken Tikka Masala did not taste anything like what we had expected. Nothing like currys taste like from other places.
This website also mentions that you get free poppadums with the order, we did but only 2 when our order was definatley for 3 people so would order ectra in future. And worse of all we spent over £20 and did not receive any free onion bhajis. Very misleading selling technique! Lisa, SW15

After receiving a 50% discount on the next order for poor service last time, I thought I would try Bombay Bicycle Club (BBC) again. Sadly my last review still stands, "Food was late, not ridiculously late, but enough to get in the way of plans. Food was lukewarm. Food tasted great."
Having now used BBC in Surbiton and Putney with the same results and considering they are more expensive than many local, faster and better outlets I shall not be ordering from BBC again. Ian, SW14

We ordered our food at 6pm and only received it after 9pm. The order was accepted straight away and was suppose to be delivered not later than 7.10... We tried calling them several times but only got through at 8.50 which made them finally send our order. They weren't willing too discuss any discounts for the delay. Naan was completely cold, food almost cold and we did not get any discount or free stuff for the three 3hour wait.
