I have been to the resturant twice. First time it was alright. the second time it took more than 90 minutes before the food was served. Yesterday the takeaway was ordered at 7:00 pm and delivered at 8:10. it was cold, the meat for bihari boti was not cooked properly and went to the bin. The rest of the food wasnt hot / warm as well.
I will never order from Bundu Khan again. Ali, EC4R

Great food. Prices are slightly on the high side but portions are generous and food is very tasty.

Food was authentic and sumptuous. Delivery was delayed, but worth the wait.

Excellent food, just a bit pricey. Plus delivery took over an hour considering the restaurant is only a mile away.

Despite Bundu Khan being one of my favourite restaurants, I think this was probably the last time I'd order food to be delivered by them. The ability to consistently churn out tasty food is matched by their inability to deliver said food on time. My order arrived over 30 minutes late!!!
My advice would be to visit their restaurant and have a sit down meal and not bother to order food for delivery. Shoaib, SE16

I placed an order on-line and received a confirmation email at 15:17. The email stated that I would receive the food no later than 16:30. I phone Bundu Khan at 16:25 to check the status of the order and was informed that they were short on 'drivers' and had ordered a cab to deliver the food. They had the gall to tell me that it was going to cost them £15 to order a cab and that they were losing money on this order. If they don't have enough drivers to fulfil their orders, they shouldn't be advertising on Hungryhouse - and trying to make customers feel somehow bad for placing the order in the first place. They said it would be leaving 'in the next 4 or 5 minutes". The food finally arrived at 17.17. For a relatively expensive meal, and with no offer of a discount, or free beers or anything to compensate for the long wait and having to call them twice to check the status of the order... all in all this has to be worst take-away service I've experienced. The food was good.. but not worth the expense or hassle.

Order turned up over 30 min late. When I called to find out why the order was taking so long, I was told the driver had a number of other deliveries to make and was assured my order was being kept warm in "special packaging"...needless to say when he eventually turned up, the food was delivered in a normal plastic bag (as they always do) and was luke warm at best - had to reheat the food which always detracts from the taste.
That being said, their food is always very tasty, but I recommend rather eating in at their restaurant as opposed ordering for delivery. I regularly eat at their restaurant and the quality and service is always great - not sure why delivery is terrible, but an hour and forty odd minutes to deliver 3 dishes 3 miles away is ridiculous!!! PS. The prawn puri starter is always yummy and I prefer the Lamb Karahi to the Lamb Rogan Josh - their lamb dishes are one of the best in the East End. Shoaib, SE16
