Had a call from the driver and had to reconfirm address 5 times, once he had the address I then got a call from Butler's saying I had given the driver a different address to the one on the order form. I then got another call to say that in fact they had given the driver the wrong address. The food was a good standard but the service and delivery was poor to awful!

The curries were tasty but the vegetable tempura were overly greasy (didn't enjoy them at all) and the chili sauce that was supposed to come with it wasn't delivered.

Waited a long time for food to arrive and then the order was incorrect (definitely not Chicken Curry!) and the beef was very overcooked. Had waited so long and were so hungry couldn't be bothered to complain/send it back. Disappointing as the previous time we had used this outlet the food was excellent.

I have ordered from this restaurant many times and am normally satisified. This time, they forgot one of the rices, which the driver then delivered after I informed the owner. I had also ordered prawn toast, but it tasted like chicken. The owner asked me what shape the toast was - i said square - and she said that it must be prawn toast because the chicken one is triangular. This one certainly did not taste like prawns to me! I dont think I will be ordering from here in the future.
