Delivery was quick but food wasn't very hot on arrival, had to warm it up.
Taste was fair to average. Enjoyable curry, but not the best I've tasted. Probably wouldn't order from here again. Camilla, SW4

I have ordered from here a few times and tried other Indian restaurants in the area, but this one remains my favourite. the food is flavourful and (depending on the dish) not full of grease and oil like some places. After eating I didn't have that stuffed feeling, but felt satisfied and re-charged. They also sell alcohol which is a huge plus for those lazy days when you can't be bothered to go to the shop.. This will be my regular place to order from now on.

My order was meant to arrive at half nine and it didn't arrive until ten to eleven. Although it was Friday night, I've had faster orders from other restaurants and it is relatively close by (a town next to the one I live in). I'm not one to complain at all, as I've worked in customer services before, but there was no notification that I should expect my delivery to be late. However, it was kind of the delivery man to offer an apology. It is just a shame I won't be ordering from here again.

I thought the sauce was too watery. Sauce to chicken ratio was poor. The popadoms tasted old. The only plus was the fast delivery and friendly driver.

Our order was due between 625 and 720pm, after not arriving on time we phoned to enquire but were told it's on it's way and should be there in ten minutes, after half an hour we rang again and were told it was on its way. Finally an hour after the 720 delivery time it got delivered. I was unhappy and let my feelings known but the delivery boy just stared at me when I asked him to speak to his supervisor as I was unwilling to pay the full amount for substandard service. I paid the full price out of sheer anger and wanting done with the company. The food was cold, the chicken tikka masala tasted off and the rice was a clumpy mess. I am usually quite understanding as I work in customer service however I didn't once receive an apology for late delivery and instead got excuses that it was busy and that the driver does not know the cr4 postcode (which they cover for delivery) and that it was 'the sat navs fault'. Had I received an apology I may have been more understanding. Poor service throughout and I will never use them again.
