hungryhouse/cafe masala ,what a combination,easy way to order and pay,food was ready to eat as soon as delivered(didnt need to reheat),this is my best meal so far,chicken pathia,excellent portions too,delivery was well within the alloted time, i would and i do seriously recommend them. thanks once again :-)

Great value (thanks Hungryhouse for the 20% off), on time, chips were a bit crunchy & the Madras was not really spicey, it was very "rich", but still nice.

AWFUL SERVICE!!! Delivery took 1.5 hours, when i rang to enquire where the order was i was informed the driver was out delivering it, i had no apollogy and was given many excuses as to why had not recieved it yet. After another half an hour went by i rang again and again was given no apology and lots of excuses. The food was good however, the service is shocking. I have ordered from this take-away a few times (hoping they will change the level of service) and this is always the case!

Firstly the food arrived at 7.05pm after being promised between 6.05-40. Both starters were stone cold & as one was lamb I couldn't guarantee it'd been cooked through properly. The chicken korma was at least hot, so I didn't starve! Never going to place another order here.

Food was better than average Indian take away. Portions were generous. The only negative was the food was later arriving as driver hadn't been given all the instructions i'd sent when i made my order. Other than that very nice and professional.

ordered from cafe masala after our favourire indian takeaway changed hands and the food went downhill..and we will definately order from here again!..food piping hot when arrived, naan breads lovely and soft, chicken tender,all food was lovely and generous portions as well, enjoyed everything about it! and ordering online is a bonus as well!..all round good food and service.

The meal was good, not huge amounts of oil that you get with some takeaways. I asked for no specific items to be left out of my curry and that was done which was good. I have only given them a fair for service because I ordered 2 lots of onion bajhi, and got one bahji and one tandoori chicken.. not great for me as I'm veggie, but my husband enjoyed it. I think Id go back for another try.
