Great quality food, delivered HOT within 30 minutes - unbeatable!

I ordered cheeseburger and it arrived with no cheese !

Mixed kebab was a little on the chewy side, not much salad either, but they do great burgers.

The mixed Shish is the best takeaway dish in town!

 

The food was simply delicious and the portions were really big, and not expensive at all!

BUT they forgot the pita/tortilla for my lamb donner meat and chips. Which is a BIG no no, since I wasn't able to finish the doner because I was nauseated with that much food without any bread.

Plus, they had some serious troubles in finding the address, even though it was the right address and quite simple to find. I don't know why, they thought the address was six houses before ours, even if it was written correctly. Which resulted in me standing at the front door, in pijama (because I was ill), with the door open, talking at the phone with the delivery boy and trying to figure out where the hell he was.

But they were VERY professional with the order: I asked in a note to, if they could, make the chicken & mushroom pie without garlic or onion (because, basically, when they aren't blended, they make me feel like throwing up), and they called me explaining that they couldn't because the filling - or the sauce, I don't remember - arrives to them already made, and they asked me if I still wanted the pie or not.
(For future reference: I told them it was fine, and I'm happy to have told it! Because the pie was delicious and the onions/garlic - I don't know - were perfectly blended with the filling!)

I WILL buy again, because the food was seriously good, but I hope the next time the service will be better.

If you want fast delivery then look no further than Captain Hooks - ftomm the time you click submit to the time the food was sitting on a plate in front of me ready to eat was just less than 15 mins...the only small criticism and it is very small is that I ordered a lamb doner and it arrived in bits so I had to kind of put it together myself...not a problem but it ought to come with the lamd doner inside the pitta bread. Apart from that everything is excellent
