The quality of the food was very good, however we had to wait for our order for a very long time! We did not receive our order until after 10pm and placed before 8pm!

We have ordered food from cardamom many times, and have never had any problems. The delivery may seem slow but the food is hot and perfect every time which more than makes up for the waiting time. Never had a missing item, never forgot about out order and even called once to advise of a small delay, which was only ten more minutes than expected!

Once again most the order arrived with just one minute to spare on the maximum time.
It was luke warm and the lamb dopiaza was missing completely. So I rang Cardamon and they delivered it 20 mins later. So probably we wont use them again as this is the second consecutive occasion we have been disapointed. We have not had problems in the past - has there been a change of management?? Norman, W5

The food was very bland and sweet all round...not proper Indian Food but okay if you like your food sweet. Some vegetables were undercoooked. I am used to real Indian food so this was not my style.

Very bland food. The curry didn't really taste of much, even though it was supposed to be medium, and the 'crunchy tikka' literally tasted of nothing. Very nice peshwari naan and decent onion bhaji. Overall though, very disappointing.

It was a little frustrating having to give out directions to my home 3 times, especially as I made a note of the exact location on my order. The food was not as hot as I expected but this is possibly due to the delay of finding my address. After heating it up, was good.

Food was nice, bit different to what my regular biriyani used to be but tasted nice. they got our order bit confused but came and gave us extra dish

Lovely food, delivered quickly, bit hard to understand driver when he was lost trying to find our flat, but the standard of food and the flavours were excellent. Would definitely eat from here again.
