Non of the Special requests were listened to, Even when he got here he did not ring to let me know he was here so ended up standing outside for 10 minutes before his take away rang me to complain I had not let him in. When i went to get my food, he complained the Address was not clear, even though my full address and phone number were on the reciept. He tried to charge me even though i had been paid online. I ordered a chicken burger with lettuce, onion, ketchup and mayo. It came with Lettuce, Onion, Tomato, Wierd Red oniony pickle stuff and only mayo. The chicken nuggets were soggy an abit chewy. The Spicy Chicken wings did not live up to there name, more like lightly powdered with flour chicken wings. Over all I am not very happy with CHA CHAs the food was not very satisfying for me or my friends. It wasnt Hot, it was room Temperature. and again non of the special requests were followed. I dont think I'l be going to CHA CHAs again for my take aways in future.

The vindaloo was tasteless and there was a lot of fat on the meat. Vindaloo is suppose to be a hot dish but I found mine to be very mild. The chicken
Tikka starter was not very appetising either, It wasn't like any chicken starter I have tried before. I have been eaten indian cuisine for many years. I found the price and the delivery service to be good but the food was very poor with no effort in producing a good satisfying meal.

They got my order wrong

It was late when we were ordering, limited to where we could get a delivery. Cha Cha's was the only place we could go to. I had seen Cha Cha's before and wanted to try it out anyway.

The time to deliver was quite good. The service was good.

The food was inedible! The chicken was so tough and looked (and tasted) burnt. The presentation, the food looked prechewed. A sickening experience all round.

We will not be using Cha Cha's again, even if it is the only place open.

Just because it's 3am does not mean our tastebuds are asleep!!!
