The food was quick to come compared to other takeaways in the area. The food was really nice and all the portions where of a good size. The chicken balls where a little greasy though, however I like them like that, but they may be too greasy for some. Also I did order an extra dish to qualify for the extra prawn crackers which where not delivered. Otherwise good service.

We have ordered from Chans now several times and the food has been mixed. the salt and pepper chicken wings are the best we have had, but the BBQ spare ribs are the worst. so tough and chewy and the sauce was bland. the chicken balls were rubbery on a previous occasion, but the singapore noodles are fantastic. not sure about continuing to use them especially as there is a £1.50 delivery charge, and they arent even coming that far. shame

Food excellent, service excellent, quick delivery, and a friendly delivery driver. I did however feel less inclined to give him a tip as delivery was £1.50 and they charged me £0.50 to use my card, on an order of £20+.
All in all it was excellent though, will definitely be ordering for here again!! Alex, S3

Chan's is usually pretty good but lately they have been unfortunatley pushing right on the edge of the given time bracket. Our last order was actually twenty minutes past the latest time it should have come and the worst part was we didn't even get a sorry with our cold food.
