Very bad service, they didn't accept my order for 30 min! I asked for BBQ aside in my burger they didn't give that, took one hour to deliver until then the fries went all soggy and dry. They have no manners and kept hanging up when I was chasing my order and they can't speak English, and also keep shouting on the phone. Won't come here again unless desperate measures arise

food was cold,kebabs where broken in pieces,this is the first time we ordered from Chaps and the last .

From p b23 food delivered quickly and hot apart from two pieces of chicken which was so well done it shrunk to the bone could not eat rest of food very nice will try again

chips wasnt very nice but i was quite full so maybe thats why also no diet bottles (again!!)
fast delivery also they did phone to tell me no diet so at least i knew in advance

bang on again - they even phoned me to say they did not have the flavour of ice cream i wanted
very prompt delivery aswell around the 25 minute mark

We really enjoyed the pizzas. It would have been nice to get some mayonnaise with it, but no matter.

Where do I begin? Ok, I ordered regular fries, with a donner kebab in pitta and it advertised 'with salad'. I also ordered Haagen Daz ice cream. At the end of the order in special request I wrote 'small amount of mayo, plenty of salad please :)'. The food came extremely quick. I opened my pitta and saw loads of mayo and no salad. i phoned the restaurant and was told they didn't get any of the special requests when they got the orders and the only reason I had mayo is because I'd ticked the box on ordering. I said there's no box for salad, you advertise salad and there's no way to say other wise so why no salad. I was left at and asked what I expected them to do? I explained I was unhappy and I was told they could send a driver with some salad. Obviously i said no as I wanted to eat what they had sent whilst it was stil hot ad that was the end of that call. When I went to open my chips I saw they were awful. Limp, soggy, pale and just inedible. In the end I threw the lot away. A true waste of food I know but it was just terrible. To top it, after I'd had a little strop I went to have the only thing left they'd sent. The ice cream. Can you believe it? The entire tub is crystallised like it's been defrosted and refrozen. Utterly unimpressed. Worst take out experience I've had with either this service or Chaps.

no probs again - bang on time chocolate cake slice could have been a bit bigger especially for £2 but if you got the munchies........but it was very tasty.....superb

3rd time ordering great quality food again no problems
