heard good thinhs about charcos so had high expectations. the chicken was tasty and chargrilled which is their speciality, although i ordered the lemon sauce as i dont do spicy and i dont think it was the lemon sauce as it was too spicy for me to enjoy. all in all good quality chicken and did as i expected so would consider again.

In terms of quality, i thought the food was very good. In terms of service the i again thought it was very good although i did get the wrong sauce. My main issue was value for money as while the taste was great, for £9 i expected the chicken wings to have a bit of meat on them and they were quite small.
All in all, may go there again but likely as a more special occasion than a regular takeaway. N, LS2

Not the cheap option but the food was excellent, almost on a par with a certain other chicken resteraunt with a similar name! I have a lot of takeaways due to commuting to work and this is thebest on hungry house for leedes by a country mile (I do miss the quality of Yorks takeaways though)

I found my lemon and herb chicken too hot, and not the quivilent of what I would find in a chain of portugese chicken restaurants. The qulity of the food was very good apart from this, and I wouldn't discourage anyone from ordering, but prehaps a warning about how hot something is in future pleae?
