Ordered quarter duck, which is usually a pretty full tub. However this time the tub was filled with lettuce topped with a few pieces of hard, dry, burnt duck leftovers. £7 for a tub of lettuce!!! The rest of the order was very poor quality as well. Will never order from here again.

Food was okay - ordered for 8pm and came at 7 though, so weren't too happy about that, then food was missing from our order, when calling the take away, they said they'd call back within 5minutes to rearrange the driver coming back to deliver the missing food and still we have not received the phone call/food, so ruined the meal for that! This has sadly happened a couple of times now with Charlie Chan's. We used to order from them often, but probably won't in the future due to the service we received.

Crispy shredded chilli beef. Disgusting. Battered bits of nothing, covered in a bottle of vile Thai sweet chilli sauce, rice was a clump of stodge. on a good note the can of coke was nice even though it was warm
