I was given a time from 8:15pm - 9:10pm my order did not arrive until10:00pm which I feel is very rediculous, I got an apology down the phone but no token gesture for having to wait so long for the food. I was told one of the drivers was sick, so they only had 2 drivers that night. This is not good enoush as they also have to adhere to hungryhouse rules like all the other restaurants, as if there is no customers they would be no business, so it is vital to keep the customer happy, and make them aware by telephone that your order will be very late, and also to provide a token gift for the long wait. One positive thing although the waiting was agonising, the food did arrive very hot, but more presentation should be the main focus when packing customers food orders in the future please

Don't do it!!!!! After waiting 2 HOURS for my food, some of the order was missing, so I phoned only to be told 'ok I'll give it to you next time'. I told him this was unacceptable and was then told 'if I have someone in the area later we'll drop it off'. You've lost a customer....thieves! The food was disgusting as well. Beware.

All I can say is WOW.

I would consider this order possibly one of the worst decions of my life.

I ordered a decent amount of chicken and spent over £25.

When my order arrived I found I was missing a good few chicken pieces, enough to upset the balance of order in the situation I was in with a group of friends, some had to go without. I rang the takeaway and they basically told me they were at the bottom of the barrel with the chicken and just didn't have enough so they threw in extra hot wings, which all but one in a group five actually liked, not a good start start. I was then told they will bring the extra chicken but I would have to hand over the extra hot wings they provided, I gladly accepted their offer, which was then withdrew. I was told 'Sorry mate I will give the extra chicken with your next order'. Great.

Sadly, I won't be ordering again.

Oh, to top it off the chicken burgers were announced tasteless, the chicken coating was half cooked and soggy almost like some stodgy stuffing you would get with a school roast dinner.

I have tried loads of different places on hungry house for good fried chicken, this is by far my favourite! A little bit of a wait for delivery on this occasion, but previously have been quicker off the mark. Definitely will be ordering from here again!

They call it Chicago Pizza & Chicken, but this place sells the best hamburger in London -- flame-grilled, thick and juicy. Try the half-pounder!

Normally their kebabs are EXCELLENT, but they forgot the sauce we requested so they were a bit dry. But we are always impressed with the quality of the shish kebabs...
